Raised along the coast of New England by a French Indigenous (Manitoba Métis) mother and a second generation Irish father, Stacy Ribeiro brings a deeply rooted connection to nature, resilience, and cultural heritage into her work. Her perspective is shaped by a life that bridges both simplicity and scale, from living off grid in Brazil to spending over 15 years immersed in the fast paced business landscape of New York City.

Today, Stacy operates between Cape Cod, Massachusetts and Tampa, Florida, where she continues to build and expand ventures rooted in wellness, sustainability, and innovation.

At TruNorth Naturals, Stacy leads international market development and strategic partnerships, focusing on expanding global access to high quality, functional mushroom ingredients. She works closely with manufacturers, brands, and research driven organizations to develop market ready applications across nutraceuticals, functional foods, and emerging wellness categories. Her approach blends commercial strategy with a strong emphasis on product integrity, education, and long term brand value.

With a proven track record in business development and a passion for nature based solutions, Stacy is committed to helping bring TruNorth’s mission, delivering clean, traceable, and effective mushroom based ingredients, to a global stage.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys time outdoors with her adult son and two Great Danes, Archie and Stella, staying closely connected to the natural environments that continue to inspire her work.
